appointment within my clients operations. It's imperative that you have the ability to remain on top of all the regulatory filings, governance expectations, reporting deadlines etc. as well as possessing a proactive attitude and high level of professionalism.

This key appointment of an experienced Company Secretary is as critical as any other board appointment within my clients operations. It's imperative that you have the ability to remain on top of all of the regulatory filings, governance expectations, reporting deadlines etc. as well as possessing a proactive attitude and high level of professionalism. A lot of the governance framework is in place however my client is looking for you to bed these processes into place as they're a growing organisation.

The Opportunity

This is a part-time role reporting into the C-Suite and would suit an experienced company secretary with solid board support skills looking for a flexible working pattern. You will have significant experience with corporate governance as well as confidence in working with, guiding and advising senior stakeholders, directors and board members. You will be responsible for corporate administration and corporate compliance including filings and maintaining registers. This could also be an opportunity for a qualified corporate lawyer.

Experience:

  • ICSA qualified or working towards qualification
  • Experience with Statutory filings including upkeep of statutory registers
  • Extensive board support experience including preparation of board packs, agendas and minutes
  • You will have a strong understanding of corporate governance and best practice
  • Qualified lawyer with relevant experience
