DevOps Engineer & Consultant

My client is a small but growing IT consultancy for financial institutions, and they are looking to grow out the DevOps arm of their business. You will be the second member of the DevOps team, meaning you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the future growth of the company by bringing in your own innovation and creativity.
Responsibilities
- Taking full ownership of DevOps solutions, from the architecture, design and build through to implementation of highly available systems for service deployment
- Development of tools such as CI/CD pipelines, containers and applications
- Build and deployment of in-house development platform and products
- Serving as DevOps Expert for client-facing presentations and advisory sessions
- Taking responsibility for being the main point of contact with clients for any DevOps challenges they face
Your profile
- 3+ years' experience in DevOps, with experience working with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift
- Must have excellent experience with CI/CD tools
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel (mostly in Switzerland, occasionally in western Europe/UK)
- Fluent English essential, fluent German a huge plus
- Must be eligible to work in Switzerland - no visa sponsorship for this position
