Skills and experience:
- Strong experience providing a high level of IT Support - 3rd line / Infrastructure
- Have experience working in a role where you cover a broad range of technologies.
- Experienced with Windows Servers, Virtulisation (VMWare, HyperV)
- Experienced with Networking
- Knowledge maintaining storage & disaster recovery
- Knowledge and experience supporting Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange
- The ability to undertake BAU tasks and complete project work
- The ability to research and keep up to date with new solutions & technologies to make recommendations moving forward
