Your Role
In this role you will act as the Lead Technical Consultant or Architect in a client focused role for a range of projects. Additionally, you will work with senior stakeholders at the customer to produce and deliver high quality technical solutions in a timely manner. You will not only support junior team members with their development but be the 'go to' technical expert within the company and thus help to drive the continued growth of the start up to become a major player within the Salesforce space in Switzerland in the coming years.
Your Profile
- Minimum 5 year's work within Salesforce with recent experience as a Salesforce Technical Consultant or Salesforce Architect
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with business leaders and senior stakeholders on the customer side
- Experience working for a Consultancy company, either in Switzerland or Internationally, with a focus on Salesforce
- Ability to support and advise junior team members to support them with their personal development
- Experience Delivering (preferably leading) multiple Salesforce projects in parallel
- Fluency in both German and English
