Our Insurance client is seeking to hire an experienced Risk Manager for their City Centre offices.
This is a great opportunity to join a Reinsurance firm reporting directly to the CRO.
As the Risk Manager you will be responsible for:
- Maintain and update Operational Risk Management framework including regular updates and compliance monitoring associates with risk charters, mandates and policies.
- Co-ordinate, and help to compile, operational risk reporting requirements including co-ordination of the quarterly Reinsurance Operational Risk Committee.
- Lead the roll-out of relevant group operational risk frameworks and initiatives.
- Provide advice to the CRO on matters relating to the management of operational risk.
- Key operational risks include IT risks, process risks, legal & regulatory risks, business continuity risks and model risks.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous Risk experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Can do attitude
