Your role will be to manage a team of initial 5 Salesforce professionals in Switzerland. Part of your responsibilities will be to grow out the Swiss branch, actively collaborating with the Country Manager in building an efficient and successful Salesforce team. As one of the first managers in this division, experience building teams is essential.
Your tasks will include planning tasks throughout the team, whilst working alongside them to deliver projects. Ultimately, someone with strong experience as a Salesforce Consultant (Functional or Technical) that has a good understanding of managing teams will be the perfect fit.
The company are looking to add to their team in February / March / April 2021, therefore engaging with the market now so notice periods are not an issue going forward.
