The Role
SAP ABAP Developer | We are currently looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Application Developer for a leading global Financial Services organisation that have sites in both Munich and Zurich. This SAP ABAP Developer role will be joining a talented and established team, developing applications with SAP ABAP, UI5, JavaScript and HTML in a SAP FIORI environment. There will also be an opportunity to work on Greenfield projects, with the business readying itself for an S/4 HANA transformation in the coming months. This is working for a German speaking organisation so fluency in German is preferred.
SAP ABAP Developer Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP OO programming
- Experience with UI5, JavaScript and HTML
- Experience of developing and deploying applications in a SAP FIORI environment
- Knowledge of Agile development methods and practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc)
- Strong academic background with a degree in computer science or a closely related discipline
- An understanding of modern engineering practices would be beneficial (clean coding, TDD, etc)
- Fluency in German is preferred
This role can be based in either Zurich, Switzerland or Munich, Germany and so will only be suitable for EU Citizens / Swiss Citizens or candidates with an EU bluecard.
