Oliver James is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Insurance business for a newly created Senior Compliance Analyst position.
This role will look at assisting in the oversight of the organisation's Regulatory Compliance function and framework. This is a superb opportunity to join a stable and successful business with a strong governance culture and excellent work-life balance.
Reporting to the HOC, you will be responsible for assessing, updating and amending new and current policies, procedures and documentation. A key figure in liaising with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders. Along with applying to provide compliance advice with other functions on key projects and product development.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience within the Life insurance space with a strong knowledge of prudential regulations.
The successful candidate will also have but not limited to the following;
- experience dealing with regulators, auditors and
- ability to review and comprehend internal reports and audits and discuss/translate to senior managers/stakeholders
- An understanding of AML
- Entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys working independently and as part of a team.
