Title: Senior Financial Analyst
This firm is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to become part of their Corporate Financial Planning and Data Analysis team. This role will entail strategic financial analysis for various of global project initiatives. This role will require working cross-functionally with the underwriting, marketing, claims, technology, actuarial, accounting and operations teams. This role will also focus on the integration of various financial data sets and applications in order to facilitate best practices and drive innovation for the future state of operating unit's data.
- Perform financial analysis to evaluate trends, model future behaviour, support implementation decisions, and create insights to drive financial process efficiency's.
- Determine and implement data reporting strategies.
- Assist with general business processes, accounting, audits, financial related issues, and other production related items.
- Present work and engage in strategic discussions with senior management.
- Work cross-functionally with multiple departments including Underwriting, Marketing, Claims, Accounting, etc.
- Responsible for various data metrics and financial analysis reporting for global projects.
- Manage and complete monthly reconciliations for companies going through various implementations of financial systems.
- Work with both US and international teams to drive company initiatives.
