Our client is a leading multinational insurance company. They're now looking for an User Experience Desginer for joining their remarkable digital transformation journey.
Role:
* Design user experience and continuously improve customer satisfaction
* Provide user-centered design solutions
* Do user research to get insights, define user personas and map user journeys
* Develop distinctive, branded digital experiences which is consistent across multiple platforms, devices and channels
* Create new product concepts, storyboards, detailed interaction designs and screen flows, and prototypes to clearly articulate solutions
* Conduct concept and usability testing to validate and improve design solutions
* Contribute ideas in the Agile team to ensure designs are feasible and implemented correctly
* Keep the user experience metrics and analytics on track, including reporting on the success of UX improvements
* Design workshops such as zero-based design workshops
Skills:
* 8 years of experience working with the digital medium
* Experience in creating personas, customer journey maps is an advantage
* Strong knowledge of interactive and visual design. User research skills is bonus
* Strong knowledge of design execution in collaborative manner.
* Strong knowledge of the tactics and deliverables and proven human-centered design methodologies for large organisations.
* Strong understanding of web, mobile technology and development (front-end focused)
* Strong project execution skills with experience taking project from concept to launch in a cross-functional manner.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
