Job Title: Bordereaux Analyst/Technician
Duration: 6-12 months
Rate/Salary: £350-450 per day inside IR35
Location: London/home based (2 days in central London office per week/3 days home working)
The Role:
- Effectively track bordereaux, ensuring uploads are up to date in the bordereaux management system and outstanding bordereaux is retrieved in a timely fashion.
- Ensure issues that prevent the processing of Bordereaux into our bordereaux processing system are resolved, no matter where the query is coming from.
- Be competent in all bordereaux related processes, procedures, requirements and scope where authority has been delegated.
- Ensure that the resolution/escalation of any issues with the appropriate Underwriter, Broker, or Cover-holder to ensure all binder terms are met, and data quality standards are adhered to.
- Support the Quality Assurance process and peer review the off-shore/outsourced processing teams work items.
- Ensure the correct validation rules are applied to the mapping template to support data enrichment, consistency and identifying contract breaches.
The Candidate:
- Must have at least 2+ years recent experience within a similar role
- Must have Insurance industry experience (Lloyd's ideal)
- A personable individual who is able to work independently and work well with others/collaborate where necessary
- Knowledge of contact management/due diligence requirements for third parties is advantageous
- Readily available on a month or less notice
